Usha Shelat, a cornerstone of BIG Logistics since 2003, epitomizes dedication as our Accounts Manager. Her role is multifaceted: she ensures the smooth operation of daily financial transactions, reinforces our banking and funding relationships, and diligently manages accounts receivable and payroll. Usha is adept at navigating the complex interplay of cash flow and on-boarding new customer accounts. Her supervision of accounts payable, adherence to accounting SOPs, and oversight of credit management are invaluable.
Usha collaborates with sales and operations teams, providing critical follow-up on accounts receivable and maintaining the integrity of financial data within Cargowise. Her commitment to BIG Logistics, employees, customers, and vendors is a testament to her unwavering dedication, professionalism, and expertise.
Daniel Johns
Each month we highlight an exceptional employee, and we're pleased Daniel Johns from B.I.G Logistics is up to bat. His role requires expertise in advanced technology, brand awareness, and managing communications externally and across the company. It’s the glue to keep the back office and front office running smoothly.
Daniel has been a pivotal figure in implementation and optimizing operations. He established a Quality Management System instrumental for IATA CEIV recertification, led a 12-month digital transformation, which included the successful implementation of our global operating system- CargoWise. Daniel has collaborated with his teammates to consistently foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
