The engagements will focus initially on due diligence, strategic planning, and capital formation, with clear milestones expected to be set in September with further announcements. The company’s current goal is to establish a pathway to filing for a public market listing, while ensuring that the right financing and structural steps are in place to maximize value for all shareholders.
