The company was established through a certificate of formation filed with the Delaware Secretary of State, naming Incorporating Services, Ltd. as the registered agent in Dover, DE, and Stephen J. Russell as the authorized filer. Its creation provided a structured vehicle to manage invested capital and equity holdings, including SecurCapital preferred and common shares in Altriarch Commercial Finance, Inc.

The company’s agreement marks another step in SecurCapital’s strategic focus in the financial services and core logistics Pharma and healthcare supply services with its platform supply chain company, BIG Logistics in Texas.
