Steve's leadership prowess and innovative thinking have been demonstrated in his previous roles as CEO of the Asia Pacific region for salesforce.com (NYSE: CRM), where he launched the company in Southeast Asia, China, Australia, and India. As a public company officer at Circle International (Nasdaq) and EGL (Nasdaq), he played a critical role in expanding their global presence and driving growth.
Steve's entrepreneurial spirit has led him to establish several successful logistics companies, including Alrod International, where he served as an Owner/Partner, and the Hi Tech Forwarder Network, a logistics specialist serving California's Silicon Valley. Mr. Wilson has a diverse background in alternative investments, asset management, and capital raising, with specific expertise in structured transactions and lending agreements. His career includes co-founding Charleston Capital Management, focusing on small business loans, and inFactor, a software platform for small business lenders. Previously, he was Vice President at SouthStar Capital, dealing with factoring and funding transactions, and worked as an investment advisor and civil engineer. He holds degrees in Civil Engineering from Clemson University and a series 65 license.
Prior to joining SecurCapital, Melanie was a staff accountant for wide range of clients and industries in Los Angeles, CA. Melanie has over 15 years of extensive experience in managing, reviewing and overseeing accounting operations and financial reporting as well as taxation, compliance, budgeting, payroll, HCM, planning & auditing of private and public companies. Spearheaded FCPA compliance. She served as an auditor at Bank of America and audit analyst & underwriter at major financial institutions during her career. She graduated with BSc Finance, Cal State with an emphasis in Accounting and is committed to providing quality, standard professional accounting work in accordance to GAAP & FASB.

He was SVP, Enterprise and Government Sales, Intermedia Communications (Nasdaq) now part of Verizon. Bill served as a public company officer driving $200m annual cloud services turnover managing sales and engineering.
